On Call
At Farmers Bank, you can enjoy 24-hour, around-the-clock access to your accounts from any touch tone phone with On Call. There is no monthly charge or added fee for this convenient service. With a single call, you can:
- Make account balance inquiries on checking, savings and loan accounts
- Verify transaction histories
- Transfer funds between accounts
- Obtain product information
- Verify interest paid and earned
- Verify electronic (social security, payroll) or ATM transactions
It's Easy to Use
Have your account number(s) and PIN number* ready, and call 859.881.6000 from any touch tone phone:
*Your PIN number is the last four digits of the Social Security or Tax ID number for the first name on the account. You can change this to another four-digit number that only you will know.
After a greeting, you’ll choose from a variety of menu selections. Just press the appropriate number on your touch tone phone to make your choice from each menu.
Note: If you aren’t using a touch tone phone, either switch the selector on your phone to “tone” after you dial, or hold for assistance (during banking hours only).

Click "continue" to enter the new Farmers Bank internet banking site. The following steps should be followed:

For Current Internet Banking Customers:
- Enter username (same as previous system)
- Enter the temporary password which is your 5 digit zip code plus the last 4 digits of the primary social security number (or tax identification number)
- Example - zip code = 40356 SSN = 123-45-6789 the entered password would be 403566789
- Added security features will require you to select a "PassMark" image and answer several challenge questions.
- Select either Personal or Public computer
- If Personal is checked, challenge questions will be remembered and the selected image should be displayed.
- If Public computer is checked, you will be required to answer challenge questions each time before proceeding.
- The system will prompt you to change your password.
