Your monthly statement – available online or as a mailed document – makes it easy to review your account history, with detailed information about every debit card transaction you’ve made in the past month. Or you can check the status of your account anytime using your debit card at a Farmers Bank ATM.
Pay Bills Automatically
Avoid late or forgotten payments by setting up automatic bill pay with the merchants and providers you use for recurring expenses – things like utilities, Internet and phone service, cable, subscriptions and more.
Lost or Stolen Debit Card
Current Debit Card customers who need to report a lost or stolen card should call 1.800.472.3272. (this number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) Or you can turn your card off immediately within the Farmers Bank mobile app. When the card is “off”, no purchases or withdrawals are approved until the card is turned back “on”. Look for “Cards” at the bottom of the screen once inside the mobile app.
